How it works

1

Connect your TfL account

Securely link your TfL contactless/Oyster account. Your credentials are encrypted and only used to check your journey history.

2

We scan for delays

Our system downloads your journey history and cross-references it with TfL's delay records. We find every delay over 15 minutes.

3

Refunds submitted automatically

We submit refund claims for every eligible delayed journey. Money goes directly back to your payment method.

Money-Back Guarantee

If we don't find £15 in refunds, we'll refund the difference

We're so confident in our ability to find your delayed journey refunds that we guarantee it. If we don't find at least £15 worth of refunds in your first year, we'll refund you the difference. Zero risk.

Frequently asked questions

Is my TfL account safe?

Absolutely. Your TfL credentials are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before being stored. We only access your account to download journey history and submit refund claims - nothing else.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

At the end of your subscription year, if we haven't found at least £15 worth of refundable delays, we'll refund you the difference. For example, if we only found £8 in refunds, we'd refund you £7.

What delays qualify for refunds?

TfL refunds apply to Tube, DLR, Overground, Elizabeth Line, and National Rail journeys delayed by 15 minutes or more. Claims must be made within 28 days of the journey.

Where do the refunds go?

Refunds are credited directly to your original payment method by TfL - either your contactless card or Oyster card. We don't handle your money at all.

How often should I run a check?

We recommend running a check every 2-4 weeks to catch any delays within the 28-day claim window. With unlimited checks included, you can run as many as you like.
